Before you begin

Prepare the documents that apply to your situation. You can save your progress, but the application cannot be submitted until every required file has been added.

New member

  • Copy of ID card
  • Medico-sportif certificate
  • From age 50: a sports-fitness certificate issued by a GP
  • One passport photo
  • Student or school certificate if you request the student rate

Returning member

  • Medico-sportif certificate
  • From age 50: a sports-fitness certificate issued by a GP
  • Student or school certificate if you request the student rate

For all members, new and returning: a medico-sportif examination; from age 50, a sports-fitness certificate issued by a GP. Age is assessed at the start of the season. Official information about the medico-sportif examination — Guichet.lu

Accepted formats: PDF, JPG and PNG. Maximum size: 10 MB per file. Files are stored privately and checked before the committee can review them.
